Say now, I believe its only to cold if you need an excuse to keep the bike inside. I live in Indiana, up around Lafayette and I was just out riding last week. It was about 48 degrees outside, which meant I needed gloves, leather jacket, and of course a helmet, but I am telling you what... the Savage loves cool weather. My bike ran the best it has all year. I know its late in the year, and my bike is about to under go oil leak surgery, but I don't think I can stand to go the next four months not hearing that Jardine exhaust singing through the country side. Hope winter don't last to long and take advantage of the 50 degree days.
